Attorney Kinal
Family law is an intensely personal and highly-charged
field of law. Mr. Kinal enjoys the emotional connection
that he and the client develop and appreciates the importance
that such intimate matters have for you. Mr. Kinal tries to be
an objective advisor to you on your goals and will seek an
efficient and fair resolution of all issues. He is dedicated to
your goals even when the odds are high. He will use his years of
experience in hundreds of family law cases to achieve the best
possible results for you.
Mr. Kinal was a U.S. Army Judge Advocate (JAG) stationed at Fort
Knox, Kentucky from 1986-1989. During this time he was in the
Claims and Administrative Law sections but also gained extensive
experience in family law issues representing military personnel
and their spouses. He was a legal advisor to the base family
abuse team (FACMT). In 1989 Mr. Kinal left active duty and became a
law clerk to Judge Kunselman in Beaver County. Kinal
Law Office was established by Mr. Kinal in 1992 and has been practicing law in Beaver County
ever since, concentrating in family law, school law, and wills
and estates.
Mr. Kinal has
lectured and taught on a wide variety of family and school law
issues for Elizabethtown Community College, Elizabethtown,
Kentucky; University of Kentucky, Fort Knox, Kentucky;
Pennsylvania State University, Beaver Campus; Carlow College,
and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
